Kindly read the instructions below carefully before beginning your admission process.
Note: Admission is based on your placement in the school via CSSPS (Computerized School Selection and Placement System).
Admission is open to all students based on their CSSPS placement results.
Step 1: Click on the Online Admission tab in the menu bar and complete the online application form.
Step 2: Click on Confirm Placement Status and enter your Index Number ending with the year of BECE (e.g., 12345678924).
Step 3: If your placement is successful, proceed by clicking the Verify Enrollment button to verify your Enrollment ID.
Step 4: Upon successful verification, a message will appear showing your Reference Number.
Please write it down or copy it, as it will be needed later. Click Continue to proceed.
Step 5: On the next screen, enter your Reference Number and Index Number to continue the registration process.
Step 6: Submit your completed form and wait for a confirmation SMS.
Step 7: Download, print, and submit the required documents to the school for final processing.
Step 8: ✅ You're done!
